We provide the following services for Sub-Contractors:
PLAN TAKE-OFFS
We can do Plan Take-Offs for you. If you loose work because you can not get your requests for bids out on a timely basis, let us do it for you.
For example sheetrock and painting. Someone needs to determine the quantities for the project and multiply it times the rate that you charge. We will do that for you by room. If the Scope of Work changes, you already know the quantities by room so you can adjust accordingly.
PREPARE BIDS FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS
Then, we can prepare bids for your General Contractors. You can review the bids and then forward them to your General Contractors.
If you do regular work for General Contractors that GJM Estimating already prepares estimates for, we could include your prices in our estimating system, and pre-bid a project for you. (i.e. plumbing & electric, sheetrock, painting, etc.) Then we could send you the Scope of Work with your costs, and all you would have to do is review and approve of the bids.
BUILD YOUR PRICE LIST
Perhaps you have trouble making sure your pricing is current. We can build an assembly of all the parts and pieces that make up your pricing (material, labor, overhead) and set up your pricing for you.
