CONCEPTUAL PLANS
Conceptual plans will allow for different layouts & ideas to be considered, until you decide what you want to do.
PRELIMINARY PLANS
Preliminary
Plans have enough detail to send out for bids. If the cost of the
project is too high and needs to be scaled back, or changes are desired,
these details can be made prior to the Final Plan when the design is
locked in.
FINAL CONSTRUCTION PLANS
Final
plans will reflect any changes made during the preliminary process and
then additional details that have been decided upon, including
additional structural detail, so that the plans are ready to go to the
city to apply for a Building Permit.
